P Steel

Basic Grades Application
GC4030(HC)–P25(P10–P40) Coated cemented carbide milling grade for medium to high speeds hardness up to HB 300 non-alloy steel and low alloy steel light to heavy milling (wet and dry).
GC4040(HC)–P40(P25–P50) Coated cemented carbide milling grade is used for toughness demanding steel milling process, and also very suitable for small batch of mixed materials. Low to medium cutting speed; work well with or without coolant.
GC1025(HC)–P10(P05–P20) PVD coated cemented carbide grade steel for light milling. The first choice is peripheral-edge grinding of the blade the combination of the viscous material for low carbon steel.
CT530(HT)–P20(P05–P30) High resistance to plastic deformation resistance and adhesion / BUE resistance make it applicable to a wide range of cutting speeds, mainly cermets grades coolant light milling step. It is the ideal grades for Wiper blades.
SM30(HW)–P30(P20–P40) Non-coated carbide grade for low to medium cutting speed semi-finishing and roughing milling. In the hard material and under unstable conditions, with good edge security

Supplementary Grades Application
P10A(HC)–P10(P05–P15) PVD coated cemented carbide milling grades steel for light milling. Combined with high-precision grinding edge is the first choice of profiling milling finishing.
P20A(HC)–P15(P10–P20) Combined with high-precision grinding blade, is used for cemented carbide milling grades of PVD coatings for steel milling. K cast iron

Basic Grades Application
GC3020(HC)–K20(K10–K30) Semi-finishing and roughing of gray cast iron coated cemented carbide milling grade, mainly used for dry cutting conditions. In the medium to high cutting speed to predictable tool life.
GC3040(HC)–K30(K20–K40) Coated cemented carbide milling grade is used for toughness demanding cast iron milling, such as ductile iron milling, wet conditions milling or high tensile strength cast iron milling. In the low to medium cutting speed to predictable tool life.
CB50(BN)–K05(K01–K10) CB50 CBN tipped grades. It combines a high cutting edge safety and good abrasion resistance. CB50 is very suitable for the machining of cast iron in good condition.
CC6090(CN)–K10(K05–K15) Silicon nitride ceramic grade for gray cast iron and high cutting speed light roughing to semi-finishing.
K20W(Hq–K25(K15-K35) Coated cemented carbide milling grades is used for gray cast iron used in wet conditions in the rough milling. Can be used for low to medium cutting speed.
K20D(HC)–K20(K10–K30) The coated cemented carbide has good balance between hardness and toughness. Under roughing milling in cast iron have good performances in dry cutting conditions.

GC4020(HC)–K25(K15–K30) Coated cemented carbide milling grades are used for the medium speed of light to heavy milling. Advantages of the thin coating process instead of GC3000 grade.
GC4030(HC)–K30(K25–K35) Coated cemented carbide milling grades are used for ductile iron light to heavy milling.
GC4040(HC)–K35(K30–K40) Coated cemented carbide milling grade is used for toughness demanding low speed to heavy process.

N non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood

Basic Grades Application
CDlO(Dp)-N05(N01–N10) Polycrystalline diamond tipped grades for the cutting of non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials. Provides a long tool life, the cleaning of the cutting and good surface quality.
H10(HW)–N10(N05–N15) The non-coated fine grain carbide milling grades can provide excellent sharpness of the cutting edge, for the milling of aluminum.

Supplementary Grades Application
CT530(HT)-N15(N10–N25) Cermets grades, because it is not easy to produce BUE and the light weight of the blade, mainly recommended for high-speed aluminum cutting.
GC1025(HC)–N15(N10–N25) PVD coated cemented carbide milling grades for aluminum alloy coarse milling, the grinding cutting edge.

Basic Grades Application
GC1025(HC)–S15(S10–S20) PVD coated cemented carbide milling grades for middle-speed milling of heat resistant super alloys. Good anti-BUE and resistance to plastic deformation.
H10F(HW)–S30(S25–S35) Uncoated fine grain cemented carbide milling grades. High resistances to notch wear resistance make it suitable for the milling of aerospace materials (such as titanium).
GC2030(HC)–S25(S15–S25) PVD coated cemented carbide milling grades for heat resistant super alloys and low-speed semi-finishing to light roughing.

H13A(HW)–S20(S15–S25) Non-coated cemented carbide milling grades with good abrasive wear resistance and toughness. It is used for heat resistant super alloys using the medium cutting speed and feed milling.

H hardened steel

Basic Grades Application
CB50(BN)–H05(H01–H10) CB50 CBN tipped grades. It combines a high edge security with good abrasion resistance. CB50 is very suitable for the cutting of hardened steel in good condition.
CC6090(CN)–H10(H05–H15) Silicon nitride ceramic grades are used for chilled cast iron to the high-speed semi-finish milling.
C4020(HC)–H25(H15–H30) Coated cemented carbide milling grades are used for the light roughing hardened steel up to HRC 60 the highest hard under the adverse conditions and able to withstand high temperatures.
